{"id":1519,"date":"2023-03-06T22:15:13","date_gmt":"2023-03-06T22:15:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sbsz-hildburghausen.de\/?p=1519"},"modified":"2023-03-06T22:17:22","modified_gmt":"2023-03-06T22:17:22","slug":"faq-202223-bruecken-schlagen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sbsz-hildburghausen.de\/index.php\/faq-202223-bruecken-schlagen\/","title":{"rendered":"FAQ 2022\/23 &#8211; Br\u00fccken schlagen"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Bei &#8222;FAQ 2022\/23 &#8211; Br\u00fccken schlagen&#8220; handelt es sich um einen Sch\u00fclerwettbewerb, bei dem die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler ein Modell eine Br\u00fccke entwerfen und bauen. Dabei gilt es strenge Vorgaben einzuhalten, welche auch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.junioring.ingenieure.de\/pdf\/faq.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hier<\/a> eingesehen werden k\u00f6nnen. An diesem Wettbewerb nahmen die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler der Berufsfachschul der Klasse T22 teil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die ersten Informationen \u00fcber das Projekt erhielten die Sch\u00fcler bereits ende September 2022. Nach R\u00fccksprache mit der Klasse BFS T22 wurde sich f\u00fcr die Teilnahme entschieden. Mitte November erfolgte die Anmeldung zum Br\u00fcckenprojekt. Danach wurden die ersten Entwurfsskizzen nach Beispielbildern erstellt. Im Anschluss mussten die zugelassenen Arbeitsmaterialien genau analysiert werden. Zum Beispiel durfte Papier nur 120g\/m\u00b2 wiegen. Holzleisten durften nicht gr\u00f6sser als 7x7mm sein. Diese und andere Einschr\u00e4nkungen machten das Projekt interessant, denn trotz dieser Einschr\u00e4nkungen, musste die Br\u00fccke nach Fertigstellung einer Belastung von 500g standhalten. Des weiteren gab es Vorgaben der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe. Die Spannweite musste 600mm betragen und durfte nicht durch mittelst\u00fctzen gehalten werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach der Analyse der Aufgabenstellung und des verwendbaren Arbeitsmaterial, wurden die Materialien wie Holzleisten, Grundplatten, Papier, Kleber und Farbe organisiert. Anschlie\u00dfend begann die Bauphase durch die Herstellung der einzelnen Br\u00fcckensegmente. Hier mussten H\u00f6lzer gebogen und die Br\u00fcckensegmente montiert werden. Im Anschluss erfolgte der Zusammenbau der einzelnen vorgefertigten Elemente der Br\u00fccke. Abschlie\u00dfend wurden Schleifarbeiten und Oberfl\u00e4chenbehandlungen an der Br\u00fccke vorgenommen und es erfolgte die Endmontage der Br\u00fccke auf die Br\u00fcckenlager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die Teilnahme an diesem Projekt danken wir den Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler der T22 und Herrn Grau, welcher dieses Projekt betreute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
